dconf-cli software package provides simple configuration storage system - utilities, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dconf-cli
dconf-cli is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dconf-cli package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dconf-cli *
You will get with dconf-cli package name, version, architecture and description in a table
